Suggested Use: Start small and work upwards. Use 1/2 or 1 full dropper. Drop beneath your tongue and hold for 30-60 seconds before swallowing. Use throughout the day or when needed. Safe to add to food or beverages. Follow the label instructions and do not exceed recommended usage.
